Description of the walk

Start from Monte Beigua (S) with its radio transmission stations and church, heading towards Rifugio Prato Rotondo. A hike best undertaken on a clear day to enjoy the breathtaking views of the coast from an altitude of 1,200m. Take the road and shortly after setting off, enjoy stunning views of Varrazze and Savona (1). Continue along the road to the refuge (2), then carry on straight along the path to the viewpoint (3), which overlooks the entire coastline from Genoa to Savona. Return via the same route or through the woods, following the GR® trail all the way to the points (4) and (5).
