Start from the Cascina del Vai agritourism.
(S/E) Head back down the road for about 150 metres.
(1) Take the path up on the left, at the “Cascina del Vai” sign. Join a track.
(2) Follow it to the left, uphill. Continue through the woods until you reach a pile of rocks.
(3) Start climbing and turn left at the top; do not go straight on.
(4) At the junction, take the BN 7 on the right, up to the Bric della Ressia junction.
(5) Take the BN7 on the left, up to Cà del Bric.
(6) Continue along the track, pass the junction with another track and continue to the right for 50 metres.
(7) Take the BN 3 on the right to the Bric della Ressia junction (this is the most beautiful part of this hike, with various rock formations interspersed with sections through the forest). Arrive at the junction passed earlier.
(5) Continue straight ahead and return to the starting point via the same route as on the way out (S/E).
