(S/E) From the “Église d’Aubigny” stop on bus route 10, head to the sports complex car park on Rue du Stade, the “official” start of the walk.
(1) Leave the car park, turn left, then turn right at the next junction onto Rue du Château. Turn right into Allée Marcel Bocquier, then left into Allée de l’Aubier.
(2) Cross the D36 with care and continue along Chemin des Muriers.
(3) Cross the green space in the “Le Vert Aiguillon” housing estate and take the path on the right. Ignore the path on the right (which will be the return route) and continue straight on until the next path on the left.
(4) A path on the left leads to the hamlet of La Charrie; be careful of the stream in winter. Continue until you approach the hamlet of Mortevieille.
(5) Continue to the right. A small fountain is visible along the path. You will come to a fork.
(6) Turn right onto the small path. Be careful of a stream crossing in winter. Keep to the right until you reach the junction with a road.
(7) Take the small Route du Plessis opposite and continue to rejoin the path you took on the way there.
(4) Continue all the way to the right, then take the small path on the left which joins the Allée des Chevreuils. Opposite No. 8, turn left until the second fork.
(8) Turn right onto Allée des Sorbiers, then continue between nos. 5 and 10. Cross the Lotissement de la Métairie, pass nos. 43 and 45 and turn right onto the path. Cross the green space then follow the residential area on your left.
(9) At a picnic table, turn left onto Avenue du Bocage. Follow it to the left, skirting the industrial estate, go round a roundabout and head up Rue Charles Baudelaire opposite. Pass No. 10 and arrive at a path by the pedestrian crossing.
(10) Take the path on the left and, at the end, turn right. Pass a roundabout, take Rue de la Garenne and reach the next junction.
(11) Take the path on the right. Continue to the left of No. 18 and head towards the sports complex. Cross the grounds by first turning left then right and continuing straight on until you reach the last house on the right before the junction.
(12) Take the path on the right along the gardens to reach the car park, then return to the bus stop by the church (S/E).
