The start is just after a barrier located at the northern end of the Cugnes car park on the D146, on the right, before arriving at Biscarrosse Plage.
(S/E) Take the path opposite, heading due north, following the "green trail" (white horizontal line on a green background). At the first firebreak, continue straight ahead on the same path, which veers slightly westwards. When you reach another path, head north (you will find the green trail again).
(1) Near the roundabout, turn right towards the east onto the sandy path that climbs for 6-7 minutes in the sand, then onto a very pleasant path in the undergrowth, still following the green trail.
(2) At the top of the climb, turn right (south) onto the forest path, continuing to follow the "green trail".
(3) After about 600 metres, follow the path to the right (it descends). At the bottom of the descent, continue along the small path that climbs to the left ("green trail").
(4) Cross the cycle path (be careful of the many cyclists, especially in summer) and continue straight ahead on the path that heads east, continuing to follow the "trace verte".
(5) At the intersection, turn right towards the west, continuing to follow the "trace verte".
(6) At the bottom of the descent, turn right and continue to the finish. After about 400 metres, cross the cycle path (be careful of the many cyclists, especially in summer) and continue to the finish (S/E).
