Description of the walk

This hike starts at the Puymerle clearing. Once you arrive, drive under the height restriction gate and park at the end of the road on the right.

(S/E) Head east, leaving the buildings on your right, and at the crossroads (IGN 110), go straight on until the next crossroads.

(1) Turn right and continue along the edge of the field, then between the fields on the limestone path until you reach the crossroads (IGN reference 88).

(2) Turn left and continue straight ahead until you reach the intersection with the D15 departmental road.

(3) Cross carefully and continue straight ahead until you reach the next fork at the junction of three dirt tracks.

(4) Turn left and continue along the dirt road. At the next intersection (elevation 101), turn left and continue along the dirt road until you reach the D15.

(5) Cross it carefully and go straight ahead, taking the limestone path marked as no entry for vehicles. You will come to a T-junction.

(6) Turn left, then right, pass under the height restriction gate again and you will find your parking space at the end of the road on the right (S/E).

Notes

This walk is not difficult.

Walking shoes and poles are recommended, as is bringing plenty of water.

The Puymerle clearing offers many attractions throughout the year, especially on weekends and public holidays.
