(S) From Victoria Gate, head into Hyde Park. Follow the path towards the Reformer’s Tree. Then, whilst still in the park, head towards the Westminster Precinct Conduit House Memorial. Take in the view of the Serpentine as you pass. Next, head towards the Rose Garden before leaving the park via Absley House.
(1) Head towards the Royal Artillery Memorial and Wellington Arch, and continue until you enter Green Park. Stay within the park until you exit to reach the Victoria Memorial.
(2) You’ll arrive in front of the majestic Buckingham Palace. Continue along Spur Road to the entrance to St James’s Park.
(3)Walk along the edge of St James’s Park and head back up Horse Guards Road before leaving the park to see the Monument to the 2002 Bali Bombings. Walk up the street until you cross the pedestrian area on the right to return to Whitehall.
(4) Walk down Whitehall to the London Buses stop.
(5) Continue until you see the imposing Big Ben on your right. Cross Westbound and head towards the path running parallel to Westminster Bridge. Walk past New Palace Yard, then Speaker’s Green.
(6) Admire the Palace of Westminster , home to Parliament. Then carry on and cross the Thames.
(7) On the other side, carry on and head up York Road on the left.
(8) Walk along the road and take in the view of the London Aquarium (you can stop off there if you like).
(9) Carry on along the south bank and turn left onto Chichley Street to reach the London Eye area.
Carry on and turn right to reach Waterloo Station (E).
