Park at Place de l’Église. The starting sign is at the boules court on the square.
(S/E) With your back to the church, follow the wooden directional arrows to the left, then turn right onto Ruelle Cline and follow it to the top.
(1) Turn right into Rue des Coquereaux, then head into the forest. Be sure to read the Hiker’s Code carefully!
Follow the path to the right and pass the top of Chemin des Bœufs.
(2) Continue along the path to the D7. Cross it and walk past the water tower.
(3) Take the time to stop at the sensory area and arboretum (quizzes, games of skill and balance, barefoot trail). There is a picnic table here.
Return to the same path and continue to the D13. Cross it, then enjoy the facilities along the way.
(4) Educational panels and a lovely village of elves!
At the next junction, turn left onto the Route Forestière de Barisis. Turn right onto this road, following the arrow marked in yellow and green. After about 200 metres, at the crossroads, turn right (small wooden sign).
Once at the bottom, head completely left for 70 metres, then turn right until you reach a fork in the path.
(5) Turn right again towards Saut du Boiteux and cross it via a charming little bridge. Follow the path uphill and leave the forest via Rue des Carrières Sebourgan. At the end of the street, veer slightly left onto Rue Pelouze, then take thethird right onto Rue Delloye. Further on, cross Rue Luce de Lancival, then take Rue Montevideo opposite to return to the car park near Place de l’Église (S/E).
