A very pleasant hike starting from a beautiful medieval village that is worth stopping at when you arrive.
We did it during a heatwave, so we set off in the morning to avoid the heat.
The first half is uphill and the second half is downhill with a few sections through the forest. The flat sections are welcome, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
We completed it in 2 hours and 15 minutes, being regular hikers over these distances.

A lovely walk overall.
The arrival in the village is charming (narrow streets, gardens, etc.).
Well worth a visit

A lovely walk, especially the view of Auzon at the start and the wooded section towards the end.
Make sure you follow the yellow markings and not the orange ones: we ended up walking further than intended because we got it wrong (but it was still lovely)

A lovely walk, especially along the pretty forest paths. Auzon is a village well worth exploring: it has a collegiate church, medieval streets and small gardens surrounded by low walls.
We recommend this walk
