(1) As soon as you enter the hamlet, turn left and continue downhill until you reach the D18 at a place called Pérrière.

(2) Turn left, cross the small bridge and continue along the D18. As you emerge from the wooded section, at the left-hand bend, stay on the D18. Further on, the road climbs back into the forest and then, via a wide left-hand bend, reaches the hamlet of Coirolles. Walk through the hamlet. Pass a cross on your right and then, before the yellow house, leave the D18 and turn right into the hamlet of Coirolles. Cross a path; about a hundred metres further on, a path branches off to the left.

(3) Head south-west along this path. At the junction with another path, turn left; after a right-hand bend, you’ll arrive at La Flachère.

(4) Turn left at a hairpin bend and continue along the Route de la Flachère until you reach a T-junction.

(5) Leave the tarmac road and head right onto the footpath. At the junction, turn 90° to the right and you will reach the D44 further on.

(6) Turn right onto Route de Souvignet and continue to the hamlet of Étiennefy.

(7) Leave the tarmac road and head left; after a hairpin bend to the left, you’ll join the Route de la Grande Scie.

(11) Cross the D235 and, a little further on, the D23. Continue for about 500 m until you reach a crossroads.

(12) Turn right; the path joins a small road. Continue until you reach the D501.

(13) Turn left, follow the D501 to enter the town of Montfaucon-en-Velay via Avenue de la Grosse Pierre. Follow it to the roundabout.
