Park in the Mare de l'Essay car park in Agon-Coutainville.
(S/E) Head south on Charrière du Commerce until you reach a roundabout. Then turn left onto the D44.
(1) Take the first road on the right, which climbs gradually, and pass the semaphore on your right. You will arrive at old Agon.
(2) Continue along the road, first Rue du Sémaphore then Rue d'Agon, passing beautiful stone houses. Ignore any roads leading down to the right until you find a path markedPR® (Chemin des Deux Lions; hiking sign).
(3) Descend to the right into the meadows towards the estuary.
(4) Turn right onto theGR®223which runs along the estuary (red and white markings).
(5) When you reach a road, turn right, then right again onto Rue du Mont Morel. Continue straight ahead, then take the first path on the left.
(6) At the crossroads, turn right onto the path leading to the village pond. Pass the pond to reach a road. Turn left onto this road (Charrière de la Haule) and pass the first crossroads.
(7) Turn right at the second junction onto Rue Eugène Fontaine. Continue straight ahead for about 1 km on this street, then turn right onto Rue des Courlis, which leads to the starting point (S/E).
