Park in Aspremont next to the school and tennis courts.
(S/E) Head south-east.

Take the first path on the right. Continue along the path, keeping to the right to stay heading south.
(1) At the fork, continue on the right-hand path until you reach a large clearing.

(2) TheGR®5continues straight ahead. Turn left towards the east, then follow the two hairpin bends uphill to reach the access road to the mountain.
(3) Turn left and continue along the winding road to the antennas and the entrance to the fort.
The fort is not open to visitors as it is used as a radio relay station, but there are several access points to the ramparts where you can enjoy the view.
(4) Ramparts: 360° view of the Nice area and the Nice hinterland.
Turn around and head back down.
(3) Continue along the road and pass some old buildings of which only the outer walls remain. Continue northwards.
(5) Take the path on the left and keep it when it turns right towards Baisse de Guigo.
(6) At the crossroads, take the hairpin bend on the left-hand path. From this point, the descent is steep and sometimes dangerous. Keep heading north-west.
(7) Continue along Chemin de la Bergerie, then Chemin de Campoun to the starting point (S/E).
