To get to the starting point, go to Uhabia beach, located between Bidart and Guéthary on the D810 (formerly the N10).
Park on the east side of the road, as the beach side is often more congested.
(S/E) Head towards the roundabout and take the first street on the right (D355 towards Ahetze).
Cross the D355 at the first pedestrian crossing and turn right onto the track that runs alongside the Uhabia river.
(1) Follow this track with the river on your left, which meanders to reach a lake after crossing the river.
(2) Turn right towards the east, where the track now runs alongside the railway line to a level crossing.
(3) Cross the railway line to the right and follow the road to the crossroads near the A10 motorway.
(4) Turn left onto the track along the A10 until you reach the Uhabia.
Turn right under the A10.
(5) Turn left towards the north-east onto the D 655 road which runs alongside the A10.
(6) Turn right along the woods onto the path that leads back to the banks of the Uhabia until you reach the Bassilour road.
(7) Turn left towards the mill.
(8) Return along the same path in the opposite direction to get back to the car park (S/E).
