A lovely walk for the whole family, with a short climb that is long but gentle. Great view at the top.

A very pleasant circular, although there is a fairly steep climb at the start of the walk.
Well shaded at the start, but the path is very stony in places, so make sure you wear good shoes.
The return journey is along the cliff with a superb view of the village of Sauliac, the Château de Geniez and the Célé valley from Vieux-Sauliac.

Magnificent hike: dry stone walls, cliffs, views of the Célé, slightly rugged terrain – everything we love about Quercy.

An easy circular route, suitable even for children, and partly shaded. There is a short climb at the start of the walk. We did it with a 5-year-old child. Not suitable for pushchairs except in Vieux-Sauliac. However, make sure you wear shoes suitable for walking on stony ground.
A beautiful hike with views of a dolmen and a dry stone hut, and above all a superb view of the village of Sauliac, the Château de Geniez and the Célé valley from Vieux-Sauliac.

A dolmen and an ancient village that are well worth seeing. An easy hike, but sturdy footwear is recommended.

A very pleasant circular walk that complements the morning route, 'Around Cabrone and its legend', in the neighbouring village of St Chels. It is advisable to combine the two routes, which together are barely more than 13 kilometres.
As residents of the northern part of the Lot department, we always rediscover with the same pleasure all the paths that criss-cross this area and which, over the seasons, never offer the same landscapes.
However, I would not recommend walking them at the moment as the trees are infested with caterpillars and, like all the other walkers we met, we used our walking sticks as windscreen wipers to prevent them from getting on us, including our rucksacks. We had the same problem in the morning in St-Chels. Despite the beauty of the landscapes, we have very unpleasant memories of these two walks. Fortunately, this problem is only temporary!

An easy hike, except for those who dislike stony paths, but with a fairly steep climb. To find your way, follow the signs for "chemin de la pierre levée" (stone path) with a short detour there and back to see the dolmen.
