Park in the car park at the foot of the church, Chemin de la Loubatière.
(S/E) From the car park, head south on Chemin de la Loubatière. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead until the next intersection.
(1) Leave the return route opposite, turn left and, a few metres later, follow the Belvédère route to the right. Walk through a pleasant shady forest until you reach an intersection.
(2) Continue straight ahead to reach the Belvédère du Diable viewpoint.
(3) Enjoy the view, taking care in windy weather, before turning back.
(2) This time, turn left and climb gently through the forest. There are a few steep climbs before you reach a plateau and an intersection.
(4) Follow the route to the right. This section is almost straight, then leads to an intersection in the hairpin bend of a wide track.
(5) Descend to the right to reach another junction.
(6) Before continuing the route to the right, make a round trip to the Carach chalet.
To do this, continue along the track opposite, heading north-west. Almost a kilometre further on, at the sign indicating the chalet, turn left to reach the chalet.
(7) Turn back to return to the previous intersection.
(6) This time, descend the path on the left. After a steep descent, the path turns into a track. About 200 metres further on, it begins a hairpin bend to the left.
(8) At the bend, leave the track and take the path opposite. Further on, ignore a side path and stay on the marked route, then turn left to return to the first intersection of this hike.
(1) Continue straight ahead on the outward route, in the opposite direction, to complete this pleasant hike (S/E).
