At Caraïbe beach, take the small road that heads inland, keeping to the right at the various intersections, until you reach a sign for Saut d'Acomat. Park along the road that descends.
(S/E) Continue along the small road until you reach the small bridge over the river. Do not cross, but turn right to descend along the river. The path is well marked, but stay on the right to avoid walking in the stream bed.
The descent is steep, so don't hesitate to use your hands.
When you reach the Acomat River, turn left to go up it on the same bank, then cross the river.
(1) You will reach a wider area where you can leave your belongings to go for a swim and enjoy the waterfall.
Return by the same route to the starting point (S/E).
