Park in the car park on the edge of the D363 at the entrance to Aubignas.
(S/E) From the car park, head towards the centre of the village. Before reaching the small square at the entrance to the village, turn right down Rue de la Tour until you reach a fork in the road.
(1) Turn right onto the small tarmac road that leads to the hamlet of La Mure, turn left and follow the road to the hamlet of Le Bouchet. Keep left at the fork and continue to the next junction.

(3) Descend into the Ravin de Bernard valley and you will come to a junction.
(4) Turn left towards the electricity pylon below the Roche Noire. This rock, a landmark in the valley, is an ancient basalt lava flow that has been gradually exposed by erosion.
Continue until you pass a second electricity pylon, then descend to the Ruisseau des Avents stream, which you cross.
(5) Head up to the right until you reach a wide track leading to the old Rançure farm. Once you have passed it and after a right-hand bend, take a path up to your left and join theGR®42(white and red markings) on the ridge.

(8) Keep left, continuing to follow the signs for Aubignas, and walk for about 200 metres.
(9) Take the path on the left at the edge of the plateau; it leads to some ruins and a beautiful viewpoint over the village of Aubignas and the surrounding mountains.
(10) Take the hairpin bend to the right and descend the winding path, which eventually leads to a tarmac road at a place called Liotard.
(11) Turn right.
(1) Continue straight ahead, following the same route as on the way there, until you reach the car park where you started (S/E).
