Park in the small area on the side of the road before the hamlet of Crozet, located about 6 km from the village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Courreau.
(S/E) Head towards the bend and turn right to reach the hamlet. A marked stone indicates the start of the trail. Take the path uphill on the left. Please note: the start of the path does not appear to be marked, as the vegetation is dense. However, this is only for a few metres.
You will come to an iron gate that allows passage. Close it behind you, as there are chickens and geese waiting for you on the other side. Cross the farmyard to quickly reach the forest. Continue on and you will come to a path that is accessible by car.
(1) Take it to the right and stay on the almost horizontal path to reach the bridge over the Ruisseau de Pierre Brune.
(2) Cross the bridge and begin an easy climb. Further on, you will come to the crossroads of a track leading to the houses of Chorsin.
(3) Take the path climbing to the left as indicated on the sign. Cross another forest and continue on to reach the Chorsin Waterfall.
(4) Here, there are two options for the return journey. Either take the same route as on the way there, as indicated on the map, or follow the stream to return to the Chorsin Bridge. The descent is a little steeper and more challenging but very pleasant.
(2) Head to the small car park in the hamlet of Crozet (S/E).
