Park near the Valvignères wash house.
(S/E) With your back to the wash house, turn right and walk along the old ramparts at the edge of the A-road, passing the Trou de la Vergogne and then the Portail du Midi. Continue towards the hamlet of Intras, until you reach the junction near the school. Turn left onto the small tarmac road. Pass Le Soulier and turn right at the next junction. At the end of Impasse de Gleyras, you’ll come to another junction after the stream.
(1) Head up to the left along the small tarmac road until it ends. It continues as a dirt track.
(2) Pass the first path on the left and take the path that continues along the hillside. Walk through vineyards and lavender fields with a magnificent view of the valley.
(3) Then turn right to head down towards the River Dardaillon, cross it and climb back up via a dirt track and then a tarmac road to reach the hamlet of Intras.
(4) Walk past the wine cellar and continue on to pass the hamlet of Les Veyrunes. You will then reach a junction with Valvignères via a small tarmac path.
(5) Just below the road, on the right, take this path which quickly turns to dirt. Walk down through the vineyards, pass Les Biaux and return to the junction you passed on the way out.
(1) Turn left and follow the path back along the same route to the village centre. (S/E)
