On leaving Nus coming from Saint-Marcellin, after a steep descent, park on your left. There is a large car park running alongside the D498.
(S/E) Take the path at the end of the car park which leads down past the houses and joins the ‘Aventure du rail’.
(1) Turn right.
(2) At the junction before Nus station, carry on straight ahead. Take a moment to look at the dolmen
(3) in the field on your left.
Carry on, cross the D498 and enter Luriecq, where you’ll find a picnic area.
(4) Keep going straight on along the ‘Aventure du rail’ until you reach the crossroads at the top of the hill.
(5) Turn right towards Fils, following the path along the edge of the woods to reach the farm with its remarkable geese and roosters.
(6) At the cross, turn left onto the steeply sloping path which will take you onto the road to Fils and through the hamlet.
(7) On leaving the hamlet, follow the path down to the right between two buildings. Continue straight on along this path, which winds through meadows and woods, until you reach a place called Bouche-Etoile, where you’ll rejoin the D498.
(8) Follow it for a few metres to the left, then turn onto the first road on the right to reach ‘L’Aventure du Rail’. Turn left.
(2) At the crossroads, take the path up to your left and cross the D498. Opposite, slightly to your left, take the path that leads you back to Nus.
(9) Take the road on your right above the petrol station and you’ll soon rejoin the D498 and the car park (S/E).
