Humani Twins Go in Nieppe

(S/E) From the restaurant, take Rue d'Armentières on the right, towards the town centre. Take the first left, Avenue des Lilas, and continue to Rue du Moulin.

(1) Continue along Rue du Moulin. Turn right at the end of this street, then left onto the red path.

(2) Continue straight ahead on this path for 200 metres until you reach a crossroads. At this point, turn left to reach Rue Antoine Watteau on the right. Continue straight ahead on this street until you reach the roundabout, then turn right onto Rue des Cigognes.

(3) Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Rue du Docteur Henri Vanuxem. Make a slight first turn right then left to enter Rue du Boulevard des Anglais and continue to the end of the road. You will come to Route de Bailleul.

(4) Go up this road on the right and you will reach a roundabout.

(5) Before the roundabout, turn left onto the footpath, then turn left onto Rue de Warneton. Then take the second right onto Rue de l'Ermitage. Continue until the second bend.

(6) Turn left. Continue straight ahead until you reach Chemin Courouble at the end. Follow this road to the left. Continue along a track until you reach a fork.

(7) Turn right onto Rue des Étangs and continue until you reach a crossroads on Chemin Turck.

(8) Turn left, then right, towards the pond. Start walking around the pond in a clockwise direction. Pass the car park on your left, then continue straight ahead. At a small stream, first turn left then right, then right. When you reach the path you took on the way there, turn left and take Chemin Turck again to return to the fork.

(8) Continue straight ahead. At the end of the path, turn left onto Rue d'Armentières before turning left towards the foyer-restaurant (S/E).

During the hike, you can see Michel Grasset Park and its château, as well as the ponds.
