As you climb the Coste, there’s a lovely view of Sainte-Victoire and the Pilon du Roi, the Salon-de-Provence airbase, with a section featuring fossilised shells. In the Valdegon, discover the terraced fields dating from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, below the Auberge de Sainte-Croix.
