(S/E) In Ceyrat, follow the D134 towards Laumonerie (north). On leaving the village, take the road on the right just before the bridge. Follow the river to the entrance to the quarry
(1) Continue along the road on the left until you reach the footbridge.
(2) Cross the Loyre and take the path that climbs up to the ruins of Patel, the remains of an old monastery overgrown with trees.
(3) Take the path immediately on the right and descend towards the second footbridge. Cross the river again. The Crozes fountain is immediately on your left. There are tables where you can picnic or eat.
(4) Begin a long climb through the woods. After a left-hand bend, the path heads north-east, then turns south-east. Join a road.
(5) Follow this road to the right to reach Sajueix. Cross the village, heading towards Les Pères.

(6) At the crossroads, begin the descent by turning right. Keep left at the next fork, then leave the access road to Les Pères and take a path on the left that descends to Ceyrat. Back on the D134, turn right to return to the starting point (S/E).
