This route allows you to discover the beautiful rolling countryside around Uchon. Forests of beech, oak, chestnut and Douglas fir alternate with pastures and small ponds. And, of course, you’ll see the many granite boulders – typical of the Uchon mountains – that dot the route, including the famous Rochers du Carnaval and the magnificent viewpoint over the Arroux plain and Mont Beuvray. The route is mostly shaded, making it very pleasant on sunny days.
