Between the Étang de Lavalduc and the Salin de Rassuen

The starting point is at the free car park on Route de Fos, next to the “L’Usine” theatre.

(S/E) Take the path at the gate, cross the canal and head right. Stay on the main path and, at the three-way junction, keep left and continue to a multi-way junction.

(1) Continue straight on, cross the canal and carry on until you find a path on the right by two distinctive stones.

(2) Take this path, cross the small bridge over the canal, ignore a path on the left and head for the next fork.

(3) Take the small path on the left and head straight on. Enjoy the view of the Étang de Lavalduc. Cross a canal, leave the woods and arrive at a cross-path.

(4) Continue to the right, go through the gate and quickly turn right. Cross the woods then return to a track. Follow it to the right; at the three-way junction, keep left to reach a junction just after the small bridge.

(5) Turn right and continue to the multi-way junction you have already passed.

(1) Continue straight ahead, follow the power line, then move away from it and arrive at a large crossroads.

(6) Take the track on the right (GR®2013), rejoining the power line and the edge of the woods.

(7) Turn onto the path on the left. Stay on the main track, follow the Salin de Rassuen, then turn left uphill.

(8) At the top of the steep climb, turn left then right and cross the quarry. At the end, you’ll reach a fork.

(9) Continue to the right, then head straight on along the main path to reach the car park (S/E).
