Park in the seafront car park, located between Boulevard Maritime and Rue du Commandant Kieffer.
(S/E) Head south on Avenue de Bruxelles and continue to the D514.
(1) Cross carefully at the pedestrian crossing and continue straight ahead on Rue de la Mer. Pass the supermarket on your right and the campsite on your left.
(2) At the corner of the campsite, leave the street and turn left onto a small bridge.
(3) Cross a second small bridge on the right and follow the path through the Colleville marsh to finally cross the small Rue de la Fontaine and come out onto the D35a, Rue de Ouistreham.
(4) Turn right and walk 200 metres along the tarmac road until you reach the crossroads with a calvary and the La Ferme Saint-Hubert restaurant. Ignore the tarmac roads and take the shaded Chemin du Béquet opposite for about 400 metres.
(5) At the first right-hand bend on Chemin du Béquet, turn left and then immediately right to go around the housing estate on your left. At the end of the housing estate, turn 90° to the right and follow the path.
(6) Turn right again and continue to the British Military Cemetery (open to visitors), a memorial to theSecond World War.
(7) Immediately afterwards, turn right onto the shared path running alongside Chemin des Hautes Sentes on your left, pass the four or five campsites and, after passing a memorial stone on your right, take the small Rue des Tamaris on your left.
After a few hundred metres, continue to the right, cross the CD514 at the protected crossing and turn slightly to the right onto Avenue Carnot, which will take you to the sea.
(8) Then follow the seawall to the right, pass the sailing club on your right (toilets) and continue straight ahead to the seafront car park (S/E).
