Starting point and access: Brunoy station.
- RER - Line D, on the section between Paris and Melun.
Take exit 2 Place de l'Arrivée (if necessary, use the footbridge or underground passage).

No signposts

(S) When you leave the station, go straight ahead and walk along a playground on your left. Cross the Route de Brie at the pedestrian crossing, then first turn left, then right to take Rue du Rôle. Go straight ahead on this street lined with beautiful houses and cross Avenue Saint-Hilaire.

Yellow signage (rare)

Cross Avenue du Président Kennedy and continue straight ahead on Rue du Rôle. When the street becomes a dead end, turn right onto Rue des Mahiètes and go downhill.

(1) After No. 4, turn left onto a path between two walls. Keep following this path between walls or garden fences. After about 800 m, after a short steep descent, go up opposite (ignore a path that descends to the right at an acute angle). You will come out onto a street and follow it to the right. At the fork that appears quickly, turn left and go up.

Yellow and green markings

(2) Shortly afterwards, take thefirst right, the Sentier des Sources, a gravel path that soon gives way to a path between garden fences. Ignore another path on the right, then turn right and left to rejoin the tarmac road. Further on, turn left into the lane and climb uphill.

No signposts

At the crossroads, turn left onto Rue du Moulin Neuf. At the corner of No. 3, turn right onto Sentier sous les Jardins. Follow this paved path downhill and then on fairly level ground after a left-hand bend. Walk alongside a wash house on your right and you will come out onto a small square.

Yellow markings

(9) At a metal gate on the right, continue straight ahead, pass a chicane and follow a path that enters a wood. Follow the garden fences on your left. Further on, follow a shared garden on your right and pass under a metal archway. Come out onto a street and follow it to the left and uphill. Then take thefirst right towards the village centre. Go straight ahead, ignore the paths on either side and follow a small triangular square on your left (cross).

No signposts

(10) At the end of the square, turn left then right to enter a path closed to motor vehicles. At the end, cross a small car park and continue opposite on a path, leaving a brown gate on your right. At the next crossroads, take the street opposite and cross Rue Louis-Oscar Roty on the left, then Rue Jean Clauzel on the right. At the end of the tarmac (wet area opposite), follow a gravel path to the right. Go through a metal gate and continue along a tarmac lane. Walk along the right-hand side of the tennis courts, then a football stadium.

(11) At the end, take thesecond left, Chemin de Villemeux, at the edge of the field. Follow the cemetery, ignore a dead end on the left and climb gently. After a left turn, turn right onto Chemin du Grand Val. At the end of the tarmac, go through a wooden gate and continue along a grassy path between two fields. At the T-junction, turn right at the edge of the woods. Keep to the right, walking alongside a field and then horse paddocks. This will take you to a crossroads.

Yellow signposting

(12) Continue roughly opposite, behind a metal gate. Pass another metal gate further on, rejoin the Yerres and follow it on your left. Walk along the river for a long time (passages may be wet). Then turn right with the path. Pass a metal gate and come out onto a tarmac lane.

(13) Turn left and follow the riding centre. Go through a chicane and continue along the street. At the end (beautiful old farmhouse opposite), follow Rue de la Libération on the right. Immediately take thefirst left (not signposted here). Cross Rue Dieu on your right and turn left, go uphill and ignore an arrow indicating a right turn (twoPR® signs separate here). At the top, continue straight ahead on Rue du Vaux-la-Reine. Go downhill, ignore all the turnings on your right and stay on Rue de Vaux-la-Reine when it becomes a dead end.

(14) Go through a metal gate and continue along a path. Cross a side arm of the Yerres on a footbridge and follow its main arm on your left. Then take a wooden bridge to cross the river and continue along a narrow street. At the end, turn right. Then turn left onto Rue du Pas du Mulet and climb slightly. At the next intersection, turn right, still on Rue du Pas du Mulet, and continue climbing. At the end, turn right and you will quickly reach the Combs-la-Ville-Quincy train station on your left (E).
