Park along the road that descends towards Bray-et-Lû, near the junction of the D142 and D37.
(S/E) Go back up to the crossroads and turn left along the D37 for 400 metres. There, almost opposite a house, a small road starts climbing to the right, almost parallel to the D37. Take this road.
(1) This route is marked in yellow (PR®). This small road, which is rarely used by cars, if at all, is very damaged in places. It climbs quite steeply and quickly reveals a superb, very hilly landscape covered with woods and fields.
(2) When the road bends to the right, leave it and followthe PR® to the left for one kilometre, which takes you onto a fairly wide, stony path.
(3) When you reach Ambleville, at the crossroads between several paths, follow thePR® which descends to the right and follow Rue Gauthier.
(4) Leave thePR® which turns left into Rue Haute and continue straight ahead on Rue Gauthier, then go up Rue de la Petite Ferme. Pass a crossroads and after a right-hand bend, the road becomes a track and a little further on you will see the yellow markings of another PR®.
(5) At the entrance to a grove, take the small, somewhat hidden path that branches off to the right and follow it. Leave the woods, cross a small road and follow a section of paved road. The path then becomes wide and grassy again. At the first three-way junction, follow the path on the left, cross a road, follow the Bois des Demoiselles and turn left.
(6) At the crossroads, take the path that descends to the south-west towards Chaussy. After 200 metres, it turns right and then descends to the left, ending at Rue des Molettes. Follow this road until you reach the road to Bray-et-Lû, which crosses the village. Turn right and, a few metres further on, turn left into Rue du Val and follow it to the last houses.
(7) Take the path that branches off to the right, heading north, along a large old wall. Cross a road and head northwest, continuing on thePR® along this fairly wide path. It will take you back to the starting crossroads (S/E).
