Corrèze (rivière) walks
The source of the Corrèze
This walk takes you up the Corrèze, which is still just a stream that you cross several times, to its source. The route also takes in a rich heritage of buildings in the villages of Chadebec and Bonnefond and in the hamlets: crosses, fountains, wells, as well as a menhir, a mill and a remarkable lime tree.
Corrèze Gorges or Laguenou Gorges
This route takes you through the Corrèze Gorges, between Bar and Corrèze, and allows you to admire the waterfalls and pools, which are particularly spectacular when the river is flowing at medium or high levels.
Most of the route follows shaded paths or tracks, making it pleasant in hot weather.
