Col du Crémant walks

This hike offers beautiful views of the Yonne valley and a bucolic stroll through vineyards, cherry orchards and along the banks of the Yonne. It will give you a breath of fresh air and allow you to get to know the unusual village of Bailly.

Fancy a charming and informative ride? Hop on your mountain bike and set off to discover the four single-vineyard wines of Domaine Verret!Along the way, scan the QR codes on small wooden posts to learn more about each plot: grape variety, history, winemaking techniques, and more. You will pass by "Les Gaudiers", a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, then "Les Mazelots", dominated by Pinot Noir, the star grape variety of our eponymous Irancy wine.You will then cross "Palotte", our oldest vineyard, rich in secrets and character, before reaching "Veaupiary", planted exclusively with Sauvignon, which produces our Saint-Bris of the same name. A getaway combining nature, heritage and a passion for wine, ideal for the curious and wine lovers alike! The hike starts from the estate car park, so you can enjoy a well-deserved tasting on your return.
