Park in the car park near the church.
(S/E) From the church, follow Rue du Clos de la Vigne eastwards and join a footpath. Pass the signposts for the route (including the Roches du Diable trail) and continue straight along the path until you reach a small road at a place called Le Frêne.
(1) Turn right towards Les Gassiaux and, at the junction, turn left immediately onto the dirt track (caution: may be very wet), see alternative route in Practical Information.
(2) At Les Chesnots, turn left onto the road and follow it to La Fauvelais.
(3) Turn right onto the track towards La Lande Fleurie. See alternative route in Practical Information.
(4) Turn right onto the road towards Saint-Rémy, then join the D68.
(5) Walk down the D-road on the right until you reach a sunken lane on the right.
(6) Take the sunken path (caution: it can be very wet) and follow it to La Landonnais.See alternative route in Practical Information.
(7) Head down to the right along the sunken track (caution: may be very wet and slippery) and overgrown with nettles at the end, and join the D68 near the hamlet of La Gorbelande (lodge). See alternative route in Practical Information.
(8) Head up the B-road and turn left, then immediately right at the Cocheriais farm onto the dirt track. Turn left onto the road towards Champ Loisel.
(9) Turn right onto the track, then left at La Feuvrais. Continue along the track to reach L’Écu.
(10) Turn left behind the house onto the path leading to La Pouchetais. Continue right along the path, then left, to join the Roches du Diable route (signposted).
(11) Turn right onto the small path leading towards the village.
(12) Continue straight on to the school at the end of the path and along Rue de la Fontaine to reach the church (S/E).
