Description of the walk

Start at Place Alain Lespargot.

(S/E) Join the Route de Boulancourt (D103A), turn right, then left onto Rue du Moulin. Before turning left, you can make a return trip to the entrance of the Château d'Augerville-la-Rivière and see the estate.

(1) Cross the river and continue straight ahead on the gravel path. At an intersection, go up to the right. Join the GR®32.

(2) At the top of the hill, at a crossroads, take the GR® on the right and walk along the wall of the castle grounds.

(3) When you reach the main road, do not take it, but stay on the path along the wall for about 1.5 km.

(4) When you reach a road, keep to the right and continue along the wall to reach Orville.

(5) Cross the village of Orville. The road narrows between the houses. Immediately after, leave it and descend to the right along a path beside a tree fence to reach the Orville wash house.

(6) Cross the Essonne river via the footbridge inside the wash house. At the end of the path, take the track on the right along the edge of the Orville mill property.

(7) At the end, leave the property on your right and go up the hill on your left along a small path through the woods. When you come out of the woods, take the path on your right along the field. Go to the wall of Augerville Park, take the path on the left, follow the stone wall and then follow the path that returns to the edge of the field to the D25 (difficult to pass depending on the season). Shared passage with the Dimancheville route, the Chemin de Saint Fiacre.

(8) Follow this road for about 300 metres (take care!) on the right-hand side, then you will reach a crossroads.

(9) Leave the tarmac road and take a path immediately on the right, which runs along the wall and leads to the village. Pass in front of the cemetery. Take Rue des Pensées and then Rue Jacques Cœur.

(10) Follow this street to the right and at the bottom, at the square, take Route de Boulancourt on the left to return to the starting point (S/E).
