Coastal path between Spro and Fjellstrand

Departure from Spro. Take the cycle path south and turn right onto the path leading down to the coast.

(1) Follow the path on the right; a sign and blue markers indicate the direction of Fjellstrand.

(2) Continuing to follow the markings, climb carefully up the rock face: the ground can be slippery.

(3) You can stop here to visit the cave, taking the entrance on the right. Then continue the hike following the blue markers. Walk along a lake on your right and continue north.

(4) Once you reach the street, turn left.

(5) Turn left onto the path that leads to the banks of the fjord, then join a paved road and turn left.

(6) A barrier blocks the road, but you can continue to the right, then left, following the few signposts.

(7) Continue straight ahead to stay as close to the fjord as possible, then turn right onto the path to begin the climb.

(8) At the end of the climb, take the street on the left and continue to the finish, which is located at the port of Fjellstrand (E).

You can take the bus from Spro and the boat from Fjellstrand. The hike is fairly well marked in blue.
