Start:On the TF436, at El Palmar, take the small winding road to Teno Alto. There's an arrow pointing the way to the visitor center (Parc Rural del Teno, Los Pedregales). Once in the village, you can park on this street or the adjacent ones.
(S/E) Turn your back on the little chapel and head for the exit of the village, towards the sea.
(1) Turn left and then immediately right to avoid going back up into the village: beautiful dragon trees on the way.
(2) At the crossroads, turn left towards Queseria Naturteno, a goat farm that makes cheese.
(3) Continue along the path until you come to a small hamlet with a free-range farmyard (chickens, roosters, turkeys), fun if you have children (or not).
(4) Return to the junction.
(2) Turn left. At the farmhouse, turn left again. Keep right at the faint crossroads and you'll come to a fine view of the Gomora.
(5) Continue on the path through a farm before rejoining the road.
(6) Turn left down the road to the junction with TF51.
(7) Fork right and climb up, skirting the volcanic hill on the left. You'll come to another fine viewpoint.
(8) Continue along the path to reach the road at a building: this can be used as a parking area.
(9) Turn left to return to the village entrance. Just before the Los Bailaderos bar, take the road on the left (TF-58). Continue until you reach a right-hand bend: ''beautiful view, especially of Punta del Teno.
