Car park around Moivrons church.
(S/E) Cross Grande Rue and take Chemin du Breuil opposite the church entrance.
(1) Turn right at the first crossroads, cross the D10 and continue straight on along Chemin de Bratte. Pass under a power line and continue straight on to Col de Vassuchamp (as you climb, there is a lovely view of the Seille valley behind you).
(2) At the sign for Col de Vassuchamp, take the path on the left at the edge of the forest and continue climbing, ignoring the paths on the right and left, until you reach the plateau marked by the start of the crops on the left.
(3) Continue straight ahead, leaving the main path which turns right towards the Bratte radar station. Descend towards Montenoy, admiring the landscape of the Mauchère valley on your left.
(4) At the crossroads of Rue de la Halle and the D90, take Rue de la Croisette opposite and continue climbing. Cross the greenway and continue straight ahead towards the forest, enjoying beautiful views of the village of Montenoy and the valley as you climb.
(5) Upon entering the forest, take the second path on the right and continue uphill along a trail to reach a wide forest road.
(6) At the crossroads, cross the forest road and take the path opposite. Continue straight ahead until you reach theGRP® Autour de Nancy crossroads.
(7) Take it on the left and continue towards the high-voltage power line.
(8) Turn right and continue straight ahead towards the Priory of Blanzey.
(9) Take the small path on the left that leads to the first houses of Blanzey.
(10) Turn right to go around the Priory and stop in the courtyard to visit the chapel, then return to Cour de Blanzey. Turn left, then take the path on the right towards Moulin until you reach the intersection with Rue des Violettes.
(11) Turn left to go up this street to the fenced reservoir.
(12) Turn right onto the path running alongside a fence.
(13) In Gloriotte, turn left and take a very steep path (which may be difficult). In this case, to avoid this difficult climb, turn right towards the Bouxières-aux-Chênes cemetery and continue by turning left onto Rue du Plateau.
(14) You will come out onto a wide path which you take on your right until you reach the intersection with Rue du Plateau (common route for those who have opted for the easier option).
(15) At the crossroads, take the path opposite that runs alongside the forest and continue straight ahead.
(16) Turn right towards the Côte d'Écuelle.
(17) Take the first path on the left and continue straight ahead until you reach the entrance to the Forêt du Plateau de la Rochette.
(18) Continue along the small path that winds through the forest, turn left then right and exit the forest. Join a wide yellow path that descends straight towards the D913.
(19) Follow this path and continue on the left towards Chemin de Crotelle in Leyr. Cross Rue de la Promenade, pass by the cemetery and turn left to join Rue des Lilas on the right.
Continue straight ahead, cross the Molney and pass under a power line. The road becomes a wide path which you follow straight ahead, winding between the fields and offering views of the Seille valley on the right and a beautiful panorama of the plateau on the left.
The path turns left towards a farm and the Voie Verte.
(20) Turn right towards Moivrons, pass the Étang du Jardinet, where you can stop for a moment (picnic tables and absolute calm). Take the Voie Verte on your right.
At the junction with Grande Rue (cross), first turn right then left and continue along this street. Turn left into Rue de la Gare to reach the church (S/E).
