Park on Chemin des Sables near the junction with Allée des Sables.
(S/E) Continue east along this road and, at the roundabout, turn left onto Boulevard du Cap. Then cross Boulevard James Wyllie to reach Plage de la Salis.
(1) Turn right, walk along the beach and you will reach Port de la Salis.
(2) Cross the boulevard and take Chemin du Calvaire opposite. Then walk along the Bois de la Garoupe on a gentle incline. At the top, you will reach the Sémaphore de la Garoupe.
(3) Go around it, then take the Route du Phare downhill opposite. Continue along the woods. You will reach a crossroads with several directions.
(4) Be careful here with children as there are few or no pavements. Take Boulevard Francis Meilland opposite. Continue along this road until you reach the right-angle crossroads with Chemin des Ondes.
(5) Turn right onto this path to reach Plage des Ondes.
(6) Continue right along the seafront on Boulevard du Maréchal Juin. Then walk along Port du Croûton and Port Gallice. Continue on Boulevard Édouard Baudouin. Then turn away from the sea to reach the Jardin de la Pinède roundabout.
(7) Here you can take a short walk around the Juan-les-Pins pine forest. Then turn right onto Chemin des Sables to reach the car park (S/E).
