Circular in the Bois de Porcheresse

Departure from the car park, Rue d'Hubinne.

(S/E) From the car park, turn left and take the RAVeL just before the roundabout. Follow the cycle path to the old Bormenville station, which has been privatised and now houses a cheese shop (open Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings).

(1) Continue to the right, then quickly take the path on the left. At the next fork, go left and join a path on the right between two fields. Turn right and you will come to a road.

(2) Follow it to the left, then turn right onto Route de la Cave Romaine. Continue for a few metres and take the path on the right that runs alongside a hedge on the left. Cross a road at a farm and continue straight ahead, following the fields on the left before entering the forest. Continue straight ahead until you reach a fork after passing a field on the left.

(3) Turn left into the undergrowth and continue straight ahead until you reach a road.

(4) Ignore it and take a sharp right, then continue straight ahead until you reach a hunting lodge at the edge of the forest (picnic stop possible, respect the area, take your rubbish with you).

(5) Continue along the path and you will reach a fork in the road after leaving the woods.

(6) Take the first path on the right and continue between the fields until you reach a road, then turn right.

(7) Pass the splendid driveway leading to the Bois de Rémont farm and continue along the track until you reach a road after crossing the woods.

(8) Turn left and continue to the edge of the forest.

(9) Turn right onto the path and follow the edge of the woods until you reach the track after entering the forest for a few metres.

(10) Continue left until you reach the first houses of Boutd'Hubinne.

(11) Turn right onto Rue de la Creugette, then right again at the end of the street. At the next intersection, turn left twice and follow Rue d'Asneux to No. 2.

(12) Continue left along Rue de la Boverie until the end, then turn right and go down Rue d'Hubinne to the car park (S/E).

(S/E) Mini-market near the start/finish point.

(1) Cheese shop open on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings at the old Bormenville railway station.

(5) Picnic stop possible at the hunting lodge. Please respect the premises and take your rubbish with you.

(8) Option tocontinue straight ahead to shorten the route and rejoin it at (10).
