Loop around Montmiandon with a view of Annonay

Park in the Font Chevalier school car park.

(S/E) Go up Chemin Mignot until you reach a fork.

(1) Turn right onto the same road, then take the access road to the Lotissement de la Croze.

(2) Take the footpath that runs alongside this road. Continue up the path until you reach a street in the Lotissement de la Colline.

(3) Follow this street and continue right onto Corniche de Montmiandon until you reach a path leading into the woods.

(4) Turn left onto this path that winds through the mountains and join a forest path.

(5) Follow it to the right until you reach a hairpin bend.

(6) Turn left and continue to the Montmiandon viewpoint.

(7) Descend via a small path through the trees to rejoin the forest road at the hairpin bend.

(6) Turn left until you reach a fork.

(8) Turn left, follow the wide path that turns into a small road, and join the Corniche de Montmiandon.

(9) Cross this road and continue straight ahead into a dead end. Continue along a path that descends, Chemin des Pérettes, and you will come to a street.

(10) Follow this street, then turn right onto Chemin de la Croze and arrive at the fork you passed on the way there.

(1) Continue straight ahead to reach the car park of the Font Chevalier school (S/E).

The Font Chevalier school car park is available for easy parking.
