Description of the route

Start from the Écolodge campsite car park, Chemin de la Borde.

(S/E) Head to Batilly-en-Puisaye (there is a geocache in the village).

(1) Turn left onto Place Saint-Louis, towards the church, onto the D45, towards Thou. You’ll soon reach the junction at the War Memorial.

(2) Turn left immediately onto the Route des Tailles (signposted).

(3) At the three-way junction, carry on straight ahead until you reach a side road.

(4) Turn left onto a road and carry on straight ahead until you reach the junction at the edge of the woods.

(5) Carry on left onto the D48 until you reach the next road on the right.

(6) Take this road (a dead end) to the right for a return trip, heading towards Maillebois, until you reach the end and arrive at the Chèvrerie de Maillebois.

(7) Turn round and return to the previous junction.

(6) Turn right onto the D48 and head for Dammarie-en-Puisaye.

(8) At the end of Rue des Artisans, carry on straight ahead onto the D45, towards Batilly-en-Puisaye, pass the Town Hall and arrive at the next junction.

(9) Turn left onto the D45 towards Batilly-en-Puisaye and carry on straight ahead until you reach the village and Place Saint-Louis, which you passed on the way there.

(1) Keep left, heading towards Family Ecolodge, and follow the route back the way you came until you reach the campsite car park (S/E).
