Start at the church in Dave (Rue de la Vieille Église, Dave). Parking is available on the street or near the banks of the nearby Meuse River.
(S/E) Opposite the church, turn right away from the Meuse. Go under the road and the railway through small tunnels. When you come out of the tunnels, start climbing the road (Rue de l'École) and ignore the first street on the right.
At the Y-junction, turn right (Rue des Nolettes).
(1) Then turn right again (Rue de la Rêche Terre). At the top, the road becomes a dirt track (admire the beautiful view of the Meuse valley). Turn left at a 90° angle and follow the edge of the woods for 200 m.
Take the path on the right (near a bench) to enter the woods. Ignore a path that descends to the right and continue climbing up the main path, which becomes hollow.
(2) At the top of the climb, on a flat section (complicated crossroads), continue along the only authorised path, which is a long, straight grassy lane almost opposite. Continue to the end of this lane to reach a T-junction. Turn left onto a wide gravel path.
(3) Pass the "La Faisanderie" forest house and continue for 400 m. You will come to a slightly complicated crossroads. Continue on the main road, which turns right at a 90° angle.
(4) About 400 m further on, leave the main road and turn left onto a well-marked path that descends into the meadows (admire the view of the village of Naninne). When you reach the tarmac road, continue straight ahead (recent houses on your left).
(5) Then, at the next bend in the road, take a small grassy path on the left that descends steeply at the end. When you reach a road, continue straight ahead. At the fork after crossing the Ruisseau de Dave, take the road immediately on the left (Rue Grand Pré). At the next crossroads, continue downhill, still on Rue Grand Pré. At the next crossroads (small chapel on the left), continue until you reach the nearby neo-Byzantine church (Notre-Dame de Beauraing).
(6) Opposite this church, take a small path (Promenade des Terres Anciennes). At the road, turn right and then, immediately after house No. 27, turn right onto the "Haie des Pauvres". At the next road, turn left for 10 m and turn right onto Promenade de Marchonvaux, which passes a house via a steep staircase. Further down, cross the small bridge over the Dave stream and continue along the path that runs alongside it. Continue in the same direction, ignoring the side paths.
(7) The path crosses the stream again over a small bridge and, a little further on, turns sharply left at a 90° angle. Continue to the T-junction with Rue de l'École, ignoring the first road on the right. Turn right, go through the two small tunnels and you will find the church (S/E).
