Departure from the car park opposite the Collège Notre-Dame de la Paix.
(S/E) With your back to the school, go down to your left to Rue des Myosotis.
Follow this street (alongside the fitness centre) then turn left into Rue du Vieux Bon-Dieu.
(1) Take the first left towards the buildings and follow the grassy path slightly to the right. Continue straight ahead for approximately 900 metres and pass the guard's house (the only house on the left at the entrance to the woods).
(2) Enter the Bois Brûlé. Take the forest path on the left after the guard's house.
Turn right onto the forest path and follow it for about 500 metres.
You will come to a barrier overlooking the railway line. Turn sharply left and follow the forest path for about 400 metres. When you reach the top, take the path on the right and follow it for about 500 metres.
You will come to a T-junction: take the forest lane on the left for about 250 metres.
You will come to a sort of forest roundabout; go halfway around it.
Exit the roundabout and turn right onto the path that runs alongside a large clearing for about 200 metres, then take the path that veers left for about 350 metres.
At the next junction, turn left, then immediately right onto the forest lane.
Exit the woods and head left, following the path alongside the horse pastures for 170 metres.
You will come out onto Avenue du Bois Williame, near the glass recycling bins.
(3) Turn right, then right again onto Rue des Hauts de Meuse.
Do not take the 90° right turn, but continue straight ahead along the field, then along the country lane.
(4) Turn left onto Allée de la Closerie, a path through the fields that descends towards the school for about 600 metres. The last 100 metres are paved and lead to the school car park (S/E).
