Beauvoisin via the six passes and the Crête des Costes

Hike starting from the village of Beauvoisin, in the heart of Drôme Provençale, nestled in its magnificent mountain setting. The Baume Noire massif, the Linceuil and Taillade mountains, the Ventoux and the Baronnies will be your landmarks throughout your walk. You will cross no fewer than six passes to return to Beauvoisin. The breathtaking views over the long Costes ridge are sure to stay with you.

Essaillon Mountain

A very beautiful hike starting from Nyons. The route follows mostly marked trails (GR®9and yellowPR® markings) through oak and boxwood undergrowth. The scent of thyme often accompanies us. Col Flachet from Nyons
A relatively easy mountain bike ride, although a little technical on the descent to Combe Sauve. There is little traffic on the paved sections. You will ride through broom and goats, if they are out, and can stop at Col Flachet to enjoy the view, as it will be too late afterwards, as the descent is through oak trees.
Col de Croix Rouge - Col de la Croix - Garde Grosse

This loop of around 27 km, with no major difficulties and regular climbs, allows you to discover the Nyons region and its most famous peak, Garde Grosse. The paved roads are quiet, except for cyclists. In spring, there are a few streams where you can cool off.
Tour du Cougoir from Aubres

A rocky promontory in the Baronnies, Le Cougoir offers beautiful views of the Drôme and Nyonsais regions, particularly the nearby Montagnes de la Lance, Miélandre and Angèle mountains.On a clear day, you can see as far as the Diois, Dévoluy and southern Vercors regions and the Southern Alps to the east.

A very beautiful hike north of Mont Ventoux, between the magnificent villages of Saint-Léger-du-Ventoux and Brantes. A climb via the Chaussène and Fontaube passes and a return trip along the banks of the Toulourenc.
The Tour du Courbiou from Venterol

A walk that takes us over small mountains through pine trees, oak trees, vineyards and lavender fields. A condensed version of the Drôme Provençale starting from the medieval fortified village of Venterol with its characteristic wrought iron bell tower.
A hike to be enjoyed in spring, autumn and winter, but not recommended in summer due to the heat.
