Park your car at Brownsham National Trust car park.
(S/E) Take the footpath next to the car park until you join a fork. Bear left "Windbury Hillfort 3/4m", then cross the footbridge.
(1) Bear immediately right still following "Windbury Hillfort, Coast Path" in woods for 400 metres until you reach again a junction signpost.
(2) Turn right "Woodland Walk, Coast Path", cross a second footbridge and ascend the stairs before you turn left "Coast Path". Then, go up this steep ascent which can be very slippery and muddy during wet weather!.
This path finally reaches another direction signpost next to a gate and open fields. Follow "Mouth Mill 3/4 m" walking Brownsham Cliff next to the fence until you go down a steep path with yellow arrows back in the woods (be careful, this path can be slippery as well!).
(3) When the path levels, turn left for a quick way and return. You will discover Moutmill Beach and know more about these old buildings next to the pebble beach including an old limekiln (late 18th century) because limestone was brought from South Wales by ship across the Bristol Channel!
(4) Retrace your steps and ascend the track for half a mile until a T-junction. Turn right taking the track for one kilometer.
(5) Then, ignore a track on your left and bear right keeping the main track (blue arrow) until you join Brownsham properties. Turn left to the ascending road which leads to the car park.(S/E)
