Start in front of Rosseignies Church.
(S/E) Go down Rue de Scoumont towards the north-west. Take the first street on the right, Rue du Fraîche Chemin. After about 400 metres, take the tarmac road on the left (Rue du Coq) and follow it northwards.
(1) When the street turns left, continue straight ahead along a sunken lane and then a farm track. Ignore the path that branches off to your left after a hedge (dead end). Further on, the path turns left and you will see the bell tower of Petit-Roeulx Church ahead.
(2) When you reach the church, take a moment to admire this beautiful square. Then go down the street to the left to reach a small roundabout.
(3) Notice the beautifully restored chapel on the bend. Then turn left onto Rue de Scoumont.
(4) The road goes around the Château de la Garenne and its former outbuildings.
Following Rue de Scoumont, which becomes Rue Mahy as it crosses the municipal boundary, you will come to a listed chapel on your left, the Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Charité.
(5) Continue along this street, which further on becomes a sunken lane leading up to the road between Rosseignies and Seneffe. Turn left onto this road (mind the traffic).
(6) After about 100 metres, leave the main road and take a dirt track on the right. Follow this dirt track to the end. It passes under a high-voltage power line.
(7) Turn left. You are now on the old Chemin de Binche. This path is in poor condition. It ends with a paved section that leads to a macadamised section. Enter Rosseignies again.
(8) Take Rue de Seneffe, which climbs to the left, and at the top of the hill, follow the path on the right, the Sentier d'Elsan. This path leads to Rue de Scoumont, which you take on your left to return to the front of Rosseignies church (S/E).
