Park in the car park opposite Touffreville Town Hall.
(S/E) With your back to the town hall, head right onto Grande Rue, then take the first left. Cross the River Fouillebroc, then at the crossroads go up the lane opposite the ‘No Entry’ road sign.
Walk past the church on your right, continue towards the forest following the sign for “Route Forestière” until you reach a three-way junction.
(1) Follow the central path straight ahead after passing a memorial stone on your right.
Enter the forest until you reach a tarmac forest road; take it to the right.
(2) Turn left onto the sloping path marked “Route Forestière du Sabbat”. Follow it to the second path on the left, which is located before the information post for the Chêne à Satan.
(3) Turn onto this path on the left and continue to the Les Fieffes horse farm.
Take the forest track on the right at tree number 835. Continue along the edge of the fields with the horses on your left until you reach a road.
(4) Follow this road to the right, then at the junction, continue straight on to the La Croix Vaubois crossroads.
(5) Turn onto the road on the right, then pass the Croix des Fusillés on your left and head down to the crossroads opposite the private estate "La Porterie". Turn left, then leave this road at the first path you come to on the left.
(6) Follow this path to the left up to the 146m mark at the Y-junction. Turn right and continue, ignoring the side paths (not shown on the map), until you reach a road. Follow it to the right until you reach the Carrefour des Veneurs.
Turn right and follow the path marked “Route Forestière de Puchay”. Leave this path at the first track on the right.
(7) Head down to the right until you reach a small road; stay on the path running parallel to this road on your right.
Turn left onto this path to reach the Source du Fouillebroc.
(8) Cross the ford and follow the small road to the right until you reach the signpost for the Fontaine Sainte-Catherine.
Turn right onto the path to reach the Fontaine Sainte-Catherine by the stream.
(9) Return to the road, follow it to the right until you reach the first path leading left into the forest.
Follow this path, which overlooks the abbey on your right.
At the Y-junction, take the right-hand path to the crossroads at the bottom of the descent.
(10) Turn onto the path on the left and head uphill, ignoring the diagonal paths.
Note: at the junction of the paths at elevation 131, take the one that passes between the trees marked 942 and 943 on either side.
Walk to the edge of the forest.
(11) Turn right at a 90° angle onto the dirt track. Head towards Bois Préau and its castle. Take the path on the right just before the gate and enter the woods.
(12) Go round the castle on the left at the edge of the woods, then continue along the grassy path that crosses the plains until you reach a small clearing.
(13) Head right onto a grassy path, follow the hairpin bend to the left, and descend slightly, seeing Lisors church on your right.
Take the first path on the right which runs alongside the copse and joins a road facing the lake and the church.
Follow this road to the left until you reach the junction.
(14) Turn right onto Rue de L'Église to reach the chapel and the church, which face each other, then turn back.
(14) Continue straight on, passing the town hall and then the school in Lisors.
(15) At the crossroads, turn right onto Grande Rue and follow it for 1 km to the roundabout.
(16) Go straight ahead and continue along the D12, passing the hamlet of "Le Songe". Continue straight on to the starting point (S/E).
