Park at Place de l'Église.
(S/E) Leave the car park heading north and turn right onto Grande Rue for about 50 m. When you reach the mission cross, turn left onto Route de Placey.
(1) At the fork, take the right-hand path towards Bois du Canton.
(2) 100 m before leaving the woods, turn left onto a forest path and continue to a hunting car park (elevation 280) and continue straight ahead (south-west direction). The path descends to the edge of the woods.
(3) Cross the ditch and continue along a field path that widens. After 200 m, turn left towards the hunting lodge.
(4) Turn right and, after about 250 m, continue almost straight ahead, leaving the path on the left. The path descends gently into the woods to a small wooden footbridge that crosses the Ruisseau du Pommeau stream.
(5) The path climbs again (elevation 240) and continues north-west.
(6) Turn right towards Le Châtelard, where you will reach a road.
(7) Opposite, you will see the feudal mound and the discovery trail. Take the time to follow it and walk around the mound. There are information panels. Continue right along the small road towards the Audeux stadium. Leave the stadium on your left and join a road.
(8) Turn right towards Mazerolles-le-Salin, cross two bridges and arrive at the cemetery.
(9) At the cemetery, return to the car park via Grande Rue (heading south) (S/E).
