Park near the Maison Communale, Rue de la Bel, in Aubel.
(S/E) Head towards Impasse de la Foire, a few dozen metres below the starting point. At the end of this, head towards a stile; to do so, go to the far end of the football pitch, then cross the stile and walk across the meadows. Follow the Red Rectangle markings.
Then pass several cattle grids and meadows. The last meadow looks more like a lawn. Walk through the private property, keeping close to the fence. When you reach the road, turn left until you reach the A-road. Head left.
(1) When you reach the chapel, cross the main road carefully and go straight on. At the fork, turn left onto Rue du Vieux Tilleul.
(2) At the end of this road, turn right and immediately take the path on the left, which is to the right of the building opposite. Continue along this path to the chapel.
(3) A few dozen metres past the chapel, pass the stile on the left and cross the meadows. Cross the Bel footbridge and follow the path opposite.
(4) Cross the Route de Val Dieu and, almost opposite, take the path by a stile in poor condition. Go straight on along the fields until you reach the next stile. Go over it and turn right onto the road. At the next fork, continue straight on. Follow this path for a while until you reach the Route de Gorhez. Turn left.
(5) At the chapel, turn right and then take the Route de Betel on the right. At a chapel, continue straight on and cross the Bois de la Curée. Stay on this path until you reach a rest area at the start of a path on the left.
(6) At this rest area, take the path on the left. At the end of this path, turn right onto Route de Messitert. At the next fork, by a cross in front of a hedge, continue straight ahead.
Further on, take the path on the left. Follow it and turn left further on to reach the next fork.
(7) Turn right and join a small road. This road becomes a track again. At the junction, continue left then right. At Route de Messitert, turn left. Follow it for quite a while.
(8) Turn right onto Route de Maeshof. When you reach Route de Battice, cross it very carefully and go straight on.
(9) Turn left onto the Ravel. After several hundred metres, at the junction with Route de Battice, turn right.
(10) At the edge of the meadows, take the footpath on the left and cross the meadows. At the end of the meadows, turn left onto Rue Saint-Antoine.
(11) Join the Ravel via the footbridge below the road and turn right. When you reach Rue de la Station, turn left and head towards the Maison Communale car park (S/E).
