(S/E) Head towards the 12th-century Gothic-style Saint-Théodore Church.
(1) Leave the church on your left and take Rue du Château. At the presbytery cross, continue straight on the old road that led to Mareuil. Gradually slip into the undergrowth overlooking the current D939 road.
(2) The Bonneuil wash house fountain, where the washers' beaters still echo, awaits you for a moment of refreshment. 100 metres further on, at the crossroads, take the right-hand path, on the old natural boundary of the parish of La Rochebeaucourt, to join the Bonneuil road.
(3) Descend to the right towards the village to arrive in front of the Maison du Chapitre. The Champ de Foire is on your left (S/E).

Follow the orange signs and the "Gardiens du Patrimoine" logo. Bonneuil fountain: water not suitable for drinking. For a picnic, head to Place du Champ de Foire, in the heart of the village.
Worth a visit
Visit the Church of Saint-Théodore, a former priory that belonged to Cluny Abbey. Stroll along the village's main street and discover the buildings dedicated to pilgrims travelling to Santiago de Compostela. Ruins of the former Château de La Rochebeaucourt on the other bank of the Nizonne, in the commune of Combiers.
