Col Soubeyran from Poët-Sigillat
An easy hike that will take you through fields of lavender and broom, oak undergrowth and apricot orchards.
Superb views of the Ventoux massif and, just before reaching the pass, of the Eygues and Oule valleys with the Angèle mountain, the Rocher du Caire, the Montrond and the Aiguilles de Rémuzat.
The Cols d'Ambonne and de Bascoulet from Montréal-les-Sources
A circular route starting from Montréal-les-Sources that will allow you to discover the Drôme Provençale.
No difficulty, even though the climb is steady. From the Col d’Ambonne, don’t hesitate to climb up to the telecoms pylons to discover a magnificent 360° view stretching from the Ventoux to the Dévoluy and taking in the surrounding mountains (Angèle, Miélandre, Cougoir, Aiguilles de Remuzat)
3/11/2023: The route has had to be altered.
Col Flachet from Nyons
A relatively easy mountain bike ride, although a little technical on the descent to Combe Sauve. There is little traffic on the paved sections. You will ride through broom and goats, if they are out, and can stop at Col Flachet to enjoy the view, as it will be too late afterwards, as the descent is through oak trees.
Col de Croix Rouge - Col de la Croix - Garde Grosse
This loop of around 27 km, with no major difficulties and regular climbs, allows you to discover the Nyons region and its most famous peak, Garde Grosse. The paved roads are quiet, except for cyclists. In spring, there are a few streams where you can cool off.
