The walk will take you to Saumane and Saint-Gens, with its monastery and miraculous spring. You’ll reach the Vaucluse Plateau via the Rocher des Trois Luisants to admire the beautiful panoramic view of the Comtat plain (the Sorgue) with its villages and, in the distance, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirails. You’ll then head back down towards the village of Saumane, passing through a magnificent landscape of dry-stone structures, walls, slate roofs and drystone shelters.
