Mount Pelée is rarely free of clouds, but that's no problem. The hike I suggest takes you up to the Caldera, where you can enjoy views of Saint-Pierre and Le Prêcheur. The well-maintained path is relatively easy despite the steep slope and rocky sections, and steps make the going easier.
